Important notice to the shareholders of Zugerbergbahn AG (ZBB)

Due to the coronavirus crisis, the Federal Council has decided to take drastic measures to protect the population. The Board of Directors of Zugerbergbahn AG (ZBB) is very concerned about the well-being of its shareholders, partners and guests. It has therefore decided to keep the Annual General Meeting strictly to the minimum required by law. This means that the Annual General Meeting will be held without the personal presence of shareholders and guests.

Based on Art. 6a of the COVID-19 Ordinance 2 on measures to combat the coronavirus as amended on 9 April 2020 (COVID-19 Ordinance 2), the Board of Directors has decided that ZBB shareholders may exercise their rights at the Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2020 exclusively through an independent proxy. The documentation for the Annual General Meeting with the corresponding voting documents will be sent to you shortly.
