The newly opened Restaurant Zugerberg invites you to an aperitif

24.08.2023 | Freshly painted and gently renovated: The traditional Zugerberg restaurant celebrates its reopening on 1 September 2023. The new tenant Cindy Uslu-Hodel from Allenwinden cordially invites the public to raise a glass to the opening.

cindy Uslu-Hodel explains that the cuisine at the Zugerberg restaurant should be "simple and good". The experienced restaurateur wants to present a home-style menu with something for everyone. This includes everlasting classics such as cordon bleu, perch crispies and rösti specialities as well as seasonal dishes. In autumn, a game menu will be added to the existing offer, in winter a fondue. In addition to the dessert display case and ice cream menu, there is also a special cake on the menu: the Marlenka. "In my experience, this chocolate and honey cake is very popular, and I would like to see if it also goes down well on the Zugerberg. In addition to the classics, we will always try something new from time to time and thus provide gastronomic variety," continues the landlady.

Toasting the opening together

On 1 September 2023, the Zugerberg restaurant will reopen after a good year and a half. "For me, this will fulfil a heartfelt wish," says Cindy Uslu-Hodel, as she had her eye on this location years ago. "I would like to celebrate the opening together with the guests." The restaurant team cordially invites you to join them for an aperitif to toast the reopening.

Easily accessible and a unique view

Thanks to its location right next to the Zugerberg cable car mountain station, the Zugerberg restaurant is not only popular with hikers and leisure sports enthusiasts, but is also ideal for company events and family celebrations in all weathers. The unique view and quick accessibility in particular attract guests to the Zugerberg time and time again. "I already have various reservations," continues Cindy Uslu-Hodel. She is most looking forward to meeting the guests and hopes that they will feel at home in the new restaurant.
